Jayce is such a busy little boy these days. He had changed so much in the last month. He has his 6th tooth coming in. He will have 4 top teeth and 2 on bottom. He has learned how to pull himself to a standing position this weekend and now that is all he does. He has already had a few good falls. Jayce is loving all his new toys he got for Christmas. He is also eating all stage 2 foods, and we've introduced some juice. We also have been giving him Gerber Puffs. He has almost mastered getting them into his mouth.

Welcome 2009
Time Flies! Welcome 2009
I can't believe it's 2009 already. The past year has went by so fast. We are hoping for healthy and prosperous year. Jayce just tuned 8 months old and he is so busy. He is crawling all over the place, and getting into everything. He is getting into something every time I turn around.... Part of the problem is that we haven't done a very good job baby proofing the house yet. We hope to take care of that soon. Jayce currently has 3 top teeth coming in, and I am amazed at how big they are. No wonder he is in pain. He hasn't been sleeping great for the past 2 weeks, but I attribute that to his teething and being on vacation. Jayce also learned how to say Dada about a week and half ago. It is so cute, it is all he wants to say. Jayce has really started to change this last month. He is learning all sorts of new stuff and he is starting to really figure things out. I would have to say that he has been more challenging since he has become more mobile. He doesn't want to sit or stay still for very long. Pat and I are exhausted from chasing him everywhere. We love Jayce more and more each day, if that is even possible.
We are anxious to see what 2009 has in store for us. We are both nervous about the economy as both of our professions are directly affected by it. Pat and I both have seen things slow down at our jobs and hope that things will pick up soon. We had a very exciting and blessed 2008 and are hoping for the same in the new year to come.
Cheers! 2009

Christmas in Longview.... w/ the Richardson's
Well I don't think I have ever seen so much snow in Longview, it was a beautiful white Christmas. We had a wonderful Christmas dinner at my sister Amanda's house on Chrsitmas Eve. We had so much fun spending time with our family. We were able to relax and watch all the cousins play together. Jayce has been teething, he has 3 top teeth all coming in at the same time. He was pretty cranky most of or trip.

Christmas in Sunriver... w/ the Johanson Family
We had so much fun meeting up with Johanson Clan in Sunriver,OR. Oh boy was it a white Christmas...... Our travels were treacherous but every bit worth it. We enjoyed a lot of family time, hot tubing, skiing, cribbage, and gifts. It was great to watch Rylee and Jayce interact and play together. It is amazing how different they are. Jayce really liked playing with Grant. What a great way to spend the holidays!
