Halloween 2008

Jayce was sick on Halloween so we didn't do much. We did go to a party at Pat's co-workers house for just a little bit. Jayce's Halloween costume barely fit him, but it was really cute.

Jayce 6 Month Check-Up

Hi all –
Jayce had his 6 month check-up this morning, so I thought I would let everyone know his stats….. He is right on track and doing all the things he should be. He is able to sit up for a little bit by himself, and then he usually tips over. Jayce is trying really hard to learn how to crawl. He is able to get up on his hands and knees and rock back and forth. He also can scoot backwards and does a 360 degree circle. He is really strong and growing so fast. He is in the 50th percentile for his weight and height. He was 17lbs 7oz, and 26 ½" long. He had 3 shots, he cries when he gets them but as soon as they are done he quits crying. He is such a trooper. Jayce has been eating cereal for the last 3 or 4 weeks and he really seems to like it. We will start introducing stage 1 foods starting today. He has 2 bottom teeth. They are so cute when he smiles. He is such a good baby: he is sweet, happy, cute, and lovable. Well I better get back to work.

Pumpkin Patch Oct. 2008

Patrick, Jayce and I went to a local Pumpkin Patch. It was an absolutely beautiful fall day.

Teeth/Baby Food

Jayce got his first tooth (bottom right) on Oct. 5th, and his second one Oct. 13 (bottom left). We started giving him Stage 1 Baby Foods, and he really seems to like it. It didn't take him long to figure out how to open his mouth and swallow.

October - Crystal's Family

Jayce and I were lucky enough to fly home for a few days in October. Jayce and I were able to see a lot of family and friends. I also got to meet my new nephew Gunnar Giles for the first time. Here are a few picture of our trip.

October - Johanson Family

Jayce and I flew home for a few days in October. Here are a few pictures of our time spent with the Johanson's. We had such a good time seeing Nana and Papa Johanson. We wished we could have spent more time with them.
